(1) For the term of office of the members of each group mentioned in rule 209, two years, four years and six years should be mentioned in letters. Computer printed paper of the same size and color shall be kept inside a ball and the said ball shall be kept in a separate box or bag according to the group. (2) Member's name After being called in alphabetical order, the concerned member or the member authorized by him shall draw only one ball from the box or basket of the concerned group and give it to the general secretary. In the case of a member who is not present, an officer will draw a ball from the relevant box or bag. (3) According to sub-rule (2) the term of office written in the sphere inside the ball drawn from the box or bag will be read out by the Secretary General or an officer of the Secretariat designated by him and the related record will be kept immediately. (4) This rule The size of the ball and ball and the type of box or bag to be kept will be as determined by the Secretariat.
